Come join the “Club Pilates and Yoga” led by one of our very own AFOSC members! This club is for those who want to incorporate more balance and flexibility in their exercise regime. Past classes have worked on flexibility, muscle endurance, explosive strength, and strengthening pelvic floor muscles. Physical Activity improves our well-being, Reduces anxiety, depression and stress.
